Welcome to ApkClaw. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ApkClaw application ("App") operated by Lucky Days Co. LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using ApkClaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1.1 ApkClaw is an AI-powered mobile automation application that uses artificial intelligence agents ("AI Agent") combined with Android Accessibility Service to perform automated tasks on your device based on your natural language instructions.
1.2 The App provides the following core capabilities:
1.3 ApkClaw does NOT directly control your device without your instruction. All automated actions are initiated by you through explicit commands.
2.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to use ApkClaw. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
2.2 By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.1 To use ApkClaw, you must register an account using a valid phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.3 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

4.3 All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). We do not store your payment card information.
4.4 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Credits purchased as add-on packages do not expire and are not affected by subscription status.
4.6 Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase through the in-app feedback channel. Refunds for partially used subscription periods may be prorated at our discretion.
4.7 Prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.
5.1 You agree to use ApkClaw only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall NOT use the App to:
5.2 We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including without limitation, suspending or terminating your account and reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.
6.1 ApkClaw requires Android Accessibility Service permissions to function. This permission enables the App to:
6.2 The Accessibility Service is used EXCLUSIVELY for executing user-initiated automation tasks. It is NOT used for:
6.3 You may revoke Accessibility Service permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Doing so will prevent ApkClaw from executing automation tasks.
7.1 ApkClaw uses third-party large language model (LLM) services to interpret your instructions and determine appropriate actions. Your instructions are sent to these services for processing.
7.2 AI-generated actions may not always be accurate or produce the intended result. You acknowledge that:
7.3 We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from AI-generated actions, including but not limited to unintended purchases, data loss, or application state changes.
8.1 NATURE OF AUTOMATION RISKS. You expressly acknowledge and understand that ApkClaw operates by programmatically controlling your device through the Android Accessibility Service. This type of automated operation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
8.2 VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, AND USING APKCLAW, YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF AI-DRIVEN DEVICE AUTOMATION, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR ANY OTHER ADVERSE OUTCOMES.
8.3 You are solely responsible for:
8.4 While we implement multiple safety mechanisms (including popup detection, login/paywall interception, and iterative error recovery), these mechanisms operate on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to prevent all unintended consequences. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the App's safety features will detect or prevent every possible adverse outcome.
8.5 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Lucky Days Co. LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to the risks described in this Section 8, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
9.1 ApkClaw, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Lucky Days Co. LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
10.1 ApkClaw integrates with and operates on third-party applications installed on your device. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party applications.
10.2 Your use of third-party applications through ApkClaw remains subject to those applications' own terms of service and privacy policies.
10.3 We are not responsible for any issues arising from changes, updates, or restrictions imposed by third-party applications that may affect ApkClaw's functionality.
11.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11.3 WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED ACTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS.
12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY DAYS CO. LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12.2 WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (a) UNINTENDED ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THE AI AGENT; (b) THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS OR BANS RESULTING FROM AUTOMATED OPERATIONS; (c) DATA LOSS CAUSED BY AUTOMATED DEVICE OPERATIONS; (d) FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED DURING AUTOMATED TASK EXECUTION; (e) DEVICE MALFUNCTION OR SYSTEM INSTABILITY RELATED TO ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE USAGE.
12.3 OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Days Co. LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
14.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and through in-app notifications.
14.2 Your continued use of the App after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
15.1 You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app account settings.
15.2 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
15.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16 shall survive termination.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucky Days Co. LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the Company's jurisdiction.
16.3 You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
17.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.2 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Days Co. LTD regarding your use of the App.
17.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
